Off- Campus Experience
Research at Albany Medical College: Conduct research in the Pilitsis Lab on chronic pain and the mechanisms of neuromodulatory treatment.
NIH Summer Internship: Worked in the Geller Lab in the National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute (NHLBI) for 14 weeks and focused on analyzing the extracellular matrix and its effects on neuroregeneration.
On-Campus Experience
Student Senate: Serving my third term as a senator and sit on the Senate Cabinet as the Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee where I work to improve the academic experience for RPI students.
Undergraduate Research: Researched in the Gilbert Lab studying the neuroregenerative properties of biomaterials
Lambda Chi Alpha: Served as the Treasurer where I managed an approximate $140,000 budget and the Scholastic and Cultural Chair where I oversaw the academic well-being of over 70 brothers and helped maintain the highest average member GPA
Admissions Ambassador: Give tours to prospective students and serve as a panelist at events.
Favorite Class
My favorite class was From Neuron to Behavior, where I learned more complex concepts and interactions in the nervous system.
