The best way to decide if Rensselaer is the right fit for you is to visit our campus. The Office of Admission offers information sessions, tours, open houses, and special visiting days. If you cannot make it for a formal tour, or just want to check out campus at your own pace, check out our virtual campus tour!
Hear from an admissions counselor for an hour-long information session, followed by a student-led walking tour of the campus. This is a great time to learn more about Rensselaer and our application process, and to ask questions!
Please be sure to sign up online and check your confirmation email for specific information about parking and location for the session.
Information sessions and tours on Saturday mornings are held in various locations around campus. Specific parking and location information will be included in your visit confirmation email.
Please Note — Rensselaer students do not have weekend classes; therefore, access to academic buildings and laboratories can be limited on weekends.
The Admissions office is closed on Saturdays from December through February (with the exception of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and President’s Day weekends). The office is also closed the weekends of Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
