Decision
Notification Dates

Transfer applicants are notified of their decision on a rolling basis. 

Once the Admissions Committee begins reviewing applications for a particular semester, you’ll be notified of your decision within 3-4 weeks from the date of your completed application file. 

A completed application file includes all required information, including official transcripts and letter of recommendation.

There are instances when the Admissions Committee will require additional information from you, which may delay the notification process.

Transfer Application Checklist

Decide When to Apply

You can apply for fall (August) or spring (January) transfer admission for all programs with the exception of the architecture and games and simulation arts and sciences program.

Students interested in transferring into the School of Architecture are required to apply for summer (May) admission.

Students interested in the games and simulation arts and sciences program are required to apply for fall admission.
