To complete the application for departmental review, all applicants must complete the online Graduate Application and submit all required credentials, together, in one envelope by the appropriate application deadline. Be sure your name and date of birth are printed clearly on all documents.

Submit all supplemental materials directly to Rensselaer Admissions, not to individual departments.

All required standardized tests should be completed no later than December for fall and summer start term, or October for spring start term in order for scores to be received in a timely manner.

We suggest that you retain a copy of the application and make a copy of documents that are not confidential for your own records. All materials remain confidential property of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and cannot be returned.
